Card front: Use blending brushes to apply ink in a light circular motion starting off the card with the darkest ink on the outer edges and the lightest in the center. Place Thin Line Dazzles™️ on the outer edges. Add gold Jewel Dazzles™️ to the Dazzle™️ ‘em card design as shown. Die cut the round lace design from the Luscious Lace cutting die set once in vellum and again in gold paper. Attach the vellum with the tape runner along the center left and the gold to the right as shown. Use foam tape to attach the layers to the bicycle from the "Wheelie Great Days" Topper sheet. Foam tape this completed piece to the center of the die cuts. Foam tape the "Especially for You" Topper to the top right corner. Make and Zot™️ a 2" wide teal bow below it.
Card inside: Start with the lightest ink in the center to the right and blend out to the darkest on the left. Protect the left side with sticky notes along the fold. Die cut one lace border out of vellum and another out of gold paper. Use Sticky Specks to attach them off set along the left side along the fold. Use the tape runner along the centers of the round lace die cut and place going over the right side off set and trim off excess. Foam tape the "Wishing You a Wheelie Great Day" Topper in the center of the round lace dies. Make and Zot™️ a 1 1/2" teal bow below it.
