From the orange foiled Adorable Scorable cut an 4 1/2”x6” rectangle. Mat on green Adorable Scorable leaving a 1/8” green border. Glue to the blank white card and leaving a 1/8” white border. From the “Brightest Blooms” sheet, glue the large outer and middle oval topper frames to the center of the card.
Die cut a scalloped circle from coral Matt-Tastic Adorable Scorable. Glue the Good Luck topper to it and foam tape to the card. Foam tape the circle topper at the lower right then glue two Lovely Labels tucked under, at the top. Trim a border Topper and glue at the left. Use double layers of foam tape to attach two greeting Toppers as shown. Place 3 Wishing Bubbles and Zot™ a 2 1/2” wide yellow ribbon as shown.
