Happy Thoughts Card
Card front: Cut a 12”x12” sheet of purple cardstock to 12”x6”. Fold in half, and place the fold at the top.
Cut a 5 1/2”x5” Bountiful floral corner paper, using the smaller floral corner. Cut ½” from the bottom (the green edge). Glue the floral portion on the upper left corner of the card, ¼” from the top and left edges. Glue the ½” Bountiful green paper strip that you cut from the first piece ½” below the floral corner paper, ¼” from the bottom.
Stamp one large hydrangea, and six small flowers on Bountiful purple pattern paper. Stamp one leaves stamp on Bountiful green paper, one butterfly on Bountiful red paper, and one butterfly on Bountiful green paper. Outline and color the centers of the hydrangeas with the purple marker. Outline the leaves with a green marker. Use the matching cutting dies to cut out each image. Die cut one small flower shape from Bountiful purple paper and ink the edges. Add Gold Stickles™ accents to the centers of the flowers, and the butterfly and let dry.
Foam tape the small flowers on top of the large hydrangea, setting one small flower aside for the card inside. Foam tape the hydrangea next to the floral corner artwork. Foam tape the leaves and butterfly on the hydrangeas. Place the “Happy” and “Thoughts” Dazzles™ words on the small plain flower, and foam tape to the onto purple area on the bottom left corner.
Card inside: Glue a 6”x2” Bountiful floral paper centered. Glue a 6”x1” Bountiful red paper centered on the floral paper. Place the “Happy” and “Birthday” Dazzles sentiment centered on the red paper. Glue the reserved small flower and the green butterfly on either side of the words as shown. Color small bits of the butterfly with the purple marker.
