Card base is a piece of gold Sparkles holographic cut to 4 1/2"x12". Place horizontally and score at 6" so the fold is at the top. For the front cut a 4 1/8"x5 3/4" piece of purple paper from the Swirls Upon Twirls paper pack and glue it to the card base leaving a 1/8" gold border. Wrap a 5" purple ribbon around the Topper base 1 1/4" from the bottom securing to the back with the tape runner. Foam tape the Topper base to the center leaving a 1/4" purple border. From the Build-a-Topper pad secure the border sentiment with the tape runner 1/4" from the top. Foam tape the remaining Topper pieces as shown. Make and Zot™️ a 2" purple bow amongst the gifts. Zot™️ a 1" purple bakers twine bow at the base of the balloon. Place diamond sparkles as shown.
Cover the inside with the tape runner, place purple swirl paper on top, turn it over and trim the excess. Cut out the "Wishing You Everything Happy" tag from the paper pack and mat onto gold sparkles holographic leaving a 1/16" gold border. Zot™️ a 1 1/2" bakers twine bow to the top and secure the ends to the back with the tape runner. Foam tape to the base as shown. Cut a 4 1/2"x1/2" strip of gold sparkles holographic and secure 1/2" from top with the tape runner. Place diamond sparkles as shown.
