Background Paper: Using a clean Creative Palette, drip small dots of Broken China and Peeled Paint Distress Paints on the palette and use the brayer to roll paint out onto the palette, covering it. Place a sheet of bubble wrap with wet bronze paint on it, over the wet paint on the palette and press down lightly with hands. Quickly peel back the bubble wrap to see the dotted design in the paint. Place ivory cardstock on the palette and press down lightly with hands. Immediately peel off the cardstock to see the transferred pattern and paint. Let dry. Trace the Design Tool Kit #3 Elegant Label image onto the green/blue paper and cut out. Stamp Fresh Cut Stamps leaves on the greener area of the paper and cut out.
Border and Flowers: Place dots of Tarnished Brass and Picked Raspberry on the clean palette. Brayer paint across the palette and place ivory cardstock over the paint. Press and peel away. Let dry. Clean the palette and repeat with Tarnished Brass and Antique Bronze. Let dry. Stamp both small and large flower images on the pink and bronze papers. Cut out flowers. Cut 1 3/4"” strip from the remaining pink paper, ink edges black and glue across the center of the label. Trim even with label edges and ink label edges black. Mat the label on ivory cardstock with 1/8” borders.
Stamp “Birthday Wishes” above the border on the right as shown. Arrange the leaves over the label as shown, and glue and foam tape in place. Punch a hole at the top of the label. Hold together a blue swirl ribbon and a green dot ribbon and thread them through the hole as shown. Trim ends to 2”-3” long. Place dots of gold glitter glue on flower centers and let dry.
