Happy Birthday Card
Cut the red and black striped paper to 3"x6 1/2", add mini brads to the left corners and glue to the front of the card.
Cut a 2 ½"x6 ½" strip of tan paper and glue to the front of the card slightly overlapping the red and black striped paper. Cover the tan paper with a strip of black swirl holey cardstock.
Cut a 2 ½" square of tan paper. Ink the edges with brown ink pad and then mat with black paper. Add a red flower with a brad center to the mat. Cut out Birthday tags and tuck under the flower. Foam tape the mat to the center of the card front.
Cut out a swirl of the Holey Cardstock and tuck under the flower. Ink the edges of the card with a black ink pad.
Inside the card: Cut a 2" strip of tan paper and cover with black swirl paper. Glue to the bottom inside the card.
Add a flower and brad to a tag. Cut a swirl from the cardstock and foam tape overlapping the border at the bottom of the card.
