With the fold on the left, cover the card with silver swirls. Use the stylus and blender tips to apply Ocean ink across the top 1 1/4” of the card. Apply alternating stripes of Blue Lagoon and Ocean all the way down the card.
Cut out the steel/stars tag about 1/16” around the silver border and print a greeting on it. Apply Deep Lagoon ink lightly with the blender tip all over the tag. Ink the edges of the tag black and foam tape to the card tilted, centered 1” from the top. Tie 3 small knots from teal metallic ribbon and attach them with Zots™ in a row beneath the tag.
For the inside: Ink half of a 5”x 1 1/2” strip of silver swirls with Deep Lagoon and ink the bottom half with Ocean. Glue to card 1 1/2” from the bottom. Lightly ink the smaller tag with Deep Lagoon ink. Punch a hole in the top of the tag and string metallic teal ribbon through. Glue tag to the card centered and tilted to the left.
