Turn card so the fold is at the top. Cut 6 1/4"x4 3/4" jewel background paper and secure it to a card leaving a 1/8" white border. Cut 6 ½”x4" blue glitter cardstock and mat it onto gold Mirri leaving a 1/8" gold border on the top and bottom. Secure to the card flush to the sides leaving 1/2" border on the op and bottom.
Add gold Jewel Border Dazzles™️ 1/4" from the top and bottom of the blue glitter cardstock. Place various sizes and colors in teal, pink and gold Jewel Dazzles™️ on the jeweled background paper areas.
Save the two individual lamp decoupage layers for the inside of the card. Glue the large dragon onto the card. Foam tape the other layers as shown. Foam tape the "Believe in Yourself" Topper sentiment to the right of the dragon with three of the remaining flowers as shown. Place gold Jewel Dazzles™️ onto lantern and pink Jewel Dazzles™️ on the flowers as shown.
Inside: Cut 6"x4 1/2" jewels background paper and secure to inside card base leaving 1/8" white borders. Cut 4 1/2"x5” blue glitter cardstock and mat onto gold Mirri leaving 1/8" gold Mirri border. Secure to card base leaving 1/2" borders on both sides and flush to top and bottom.
Add two gold Jewel Border Dazzles™️ along the bottom of the blue glitter cardstock. Place "best wishes" script Dazzles™️ above the border Dazzles™️ as shown. Foam tape the two lantern pieces in the top left corner hung by 1" of border Dazzles™️. Add gold Jewel Dazzles™️ to the lantern as shown. Place various sizes and colors in teal, pink, and gold of Jewel Dazzles™️ onto the jewel background paper.
