Merry Tiles Christmas Card

For the card front: Position the card with the fold at the top. Place it on the swirls and diamonds paper with the design in the upper right corner. Trace the card and cut out the rectangle, but don’t glue it to the blank card yet.

Cut a 6 ½”x¾” strip of the green swirls paper and ink the edges. Mat it on rose. Glue it across the lower area of the rectangle, 1 1/8” from the bottom. Stamp “Christmas” on the green strip, 1” from the right edge.

Cut out the tiles to spell “merry.” Position the letters across the upper edge of the green strip and glue in place. Cut out the holly corners and glue one on each side of “Christmas.” Add one regular brad and the mini brads to the tiles, corners and background as shown. Glue the constructed piece to the blank card front.

For the inside: Cut the holly border to 6 ½” long, but don’t glue it yet. Cut out the tag and stamp “Celebrate the season” on it. Attach it to the center of the border with a brad. Write “joy” on the small green tag and glue it tucked under the brad. Glue the border and tag to the card across the inside back.
