Score in half the dark green Adorable Scorable in the green making an 8.25”x5.5” card. Use the 10 Square & Scalloped dies to make a 4.25” square frame from the blue Oxidized Metals Collection; set aside. Cut two 1 ¾” squares 1 1/8” from the right edge and 1/2” from the top and bottom. Place black Thin Line Dazzles™ on the inner edges.

Glue the green square train image on the left leaving 1/2” of green card showing all around. For the shaker: Glue acetate to the back of the frame with two layers of foam tape on top of the acetate. Add a pinch of both Sprinkletz to the center then attach the frame. Zot™ a 2” black bow to the top left corner and black knotted ribbon to the bottom right. Place Happy Birthday Dazzles™ along the bottom of the acetate. Position Wishing Bubbles as shown.
