Purple Locket Tin
Place the square tin on Simply Susan purple loop paper and trace the outline of the tin. Cut 1/8” inside the traced outline. Use this cut piece as a template to trace and cut out another piece from Simply Susan purple floral paper and save for the inside of your tin. Mat the purple loop piece on Simply Susan black paper with a 1/16" border and use Ultra Tape to center on the front of your tin.
Mat the long edges of 3”x1¼” Simply Susan purple floral paper with 1/16" borders. Glue lilac glimmer ribbon across the center and glue the ends on the back. Glue centered across the purple loop paper and place Purple Jewel Dazzles™ on the flower centers of the paper. Cut a small doily in half and Zot™ above and below the matted strip as shown.
Foam tape a large doily centered over the strip and place Jewel Dazzles™ as shown. Pop out a Hunkydory lilac envelope, fold over the right, then left, then bottom flaps, and secure with Ultra Tape. Foam tape centered on the doily, at an angle. Zot™ on a small bow of glimmer ribbon and place a Jewel Dazzle™ on the bow.
Pop out the “For my dearest friend” and Thinking of you” labels and glue back to back with a small loop of ¼” sheer lilac ribbon sandwiched between them at the top. Place Jewel Dazzles™ on the corners and slide the tag into the envelope. Use Ultra Tape to place Forget-Me-Nots on opposite corners of the tin.
Open your tin and use Ultra Tape to place the saved purple floral paper on the inside. Place Jewel Dazzles™ on the flower centers of the paper. Foam tape a large doily centered on the paper.
Pop out a Hunkydory lilac oblong locket (says “Thank you very much” inside) and cut off the punched tabs at the top (NOT on the sides). Place Jewel Dazzles™ around the inside sentiment and on the outside. Wrap ¼” sheer ribbon around the hinge and tie in a bow on the outside.
Remove the backing from the clear side of a wobble spring and stick onto the back of the locket. Remove the backing from the white side of the wobble spring and stick onto the center of the doily, making sure that the locket is centered correctly. Use Ultra Tape to place Forget-Me-Nots on opposite corners of the inside of the tin.
