For the card front: Trim the card to 5"x5" and turn with the fold at the top. Cover the front with red paper. Cut 4 5/8"x4 5/8" blue striped paper and mat on medium blue paper with 1/16" borders. Glue centered on the front. Cut 5"x¾" red border paper, cutting the strip from the border, and mat the lower long edge on white cardstock with a ¼" border. Trim with the scallop-edged scissors, then glue to the front, 1½" from the bottom.
Cut 5¼" rickrack and fray the ends. Use tape to secure it across the upper edge of the red strip. Use the template to trace the 2"x3¼" inner label onto light blue paper. Cut out, then stamp “too much of a…” on the right end. Mat on white cardstock with 1/16" borders, then foam tape 3/8" from the right edge.
Punch seven flowers from red textured paper, using the petal pairs punches. Punch six petite petals flowers from medium blue and light blue textured papers. Punch one larger petal pair flower from light blue textured paper. Assemble the flowers with red flowers on the bottom, then mat each flower on white cardstock with 1/32" borders.
Glue and foam tape the flowers to the label around the left end and bottom as shown. Use the pattern to trace and cut 15 leaves from green paper and glue among the flowers. Place a pearl in each flower center.
For the inside: Cover the inside with red border paper, placing the border next to the fold. Use the template to trace a 2"x2¾" vintage label onto medium blue paper. Cut out, then stamp “you are so very special” at the upper right and “sending you a…” across the bottom. Mat on white cardstock with 1/16" borders, then glue centered on the inside.
Punch four flower sets from red and blue textured papers. Assemble the sets, making three with blue flowers on the bottom and one with a red flower on the bottom. Glue and foam tape as shown, then place a pearl in the center of each. Cut eight green leaves and glue as shown.
