Place the Gypsy Jewels blue flowers paper as your background with the lighter blue at the top. Cut the light blue hydrangea/silver foil cardstock in half, so you have two 8 1/4"x5 7/8” pieces. Overlap the pieces at the center and tape onto a sheet of Iris Suede paper as one piece with even borders. Make sure the swirl corners are at the upper right and lower left corners. Glue on the blue flowers paper, centered 1/2" from the left side. Pop out the blue/silver foiled swirls border from the “Flowers in Full Bloom” sheet. Glue across the seam of the two pieces of cardstock, trimming edges evenly. Add Silver Jewel Border Dazzles™ around the outside edges of the Iris Suede.
Pop out 2 light blue/silver foiled frames from the “Hydrangea Bloom” sheet. Use the ink blending tool to ink the outer edges of each with Plumeria ink. Glue each to a photo and trim outer edges evenly with the frame. Mat each on Iris Suede with 1/16” borders. Glue to the left side of the hydrangea foiled cardstock, above and below the center border.
Pop out the petal pieces for the large foiled blossom from the “Flowers in Full Bloom” sheet. Arrange the petals to form a large flower with the floral circle with frames foam taped on the center on the right edge of the foiled cardstock as shown. Glue the small petals in place, foam tape the medium petals, and use a double layer of foam tape for the large petals, overlapping the edges as shown.
Back a remaining silver frame from the “Flowers in Full Bloom” sheet with Gypsy Jewels dark blue flowers paper, trimming edges evenly. Glue centered on the border between the framed photos. Pop out the glittered floral circle from the “Fabulous Foxgloves” sheet and foam tape it centered inside the frame.
Write or computer print journaling and names on white cardstock. Trim into rectangles and ink the edges with Plumeria ink. Mat on light or dark blue flowers paper. Ink the edges and glue to the page as shown. Foam tape butterfly circles overlapping the journaling blocks. Use 3/4" wide dark blue crepe ribbon to tie a bow. Zot™ the bow on the left side of the page as shown. Add tiny “innies” from the Silver Jewel Border Dazzles™ on the photo frames as desired.
