Simply the Best Butterfly Card
Place the card fold on the left. Cover the card with blue butterfly paper. Glue a 1” x 6 ½” strip of light pink patterned paper next to the card fold. Mat the long edges of a 4”x 2 ¾” green/pink dot rectangle with pink cardstock, leaving 1/8” wide borders. Glue to the right of the pink border.
Print a greeting onto pink cardstock from the “birthday” book on the Card Quotes CD. Trim to 3 ½”x2” and ink the edges. Glue to the center of the green rectangle. Adhere lengths of pearls to the top and bottom. Glue a length of white lace down the edge of the pink border.
Line the large butterfly with light pink paper and fold the wings. Adhere a smaller butterfly over the top of the first. Adhere a row of 3 pearls to the center and glue near the bottom right corner of the card. Layer 2 more large butterflies and place near the top left. Add a length of pearls. Punch ¼” circles of pink paper and place behind the clear centers of the flower stickers. Adhere flowers between the quote and butterflies.
Inside the card: Cover the inside back with blue butterfly paper. Glue the pink cardstock quote at the inside back and embellish with a flower.
