Card Front: Stamp and white emboss 2 large and 2 small Dragonfly Small Stamps on 4½”x4¼” watercolor paper as shown. Color the inside of the wings with 153 teal and the outside with 144 dark blue watercolor pencils. Use the Clear Wink Of Stella Glitter Brush to blend the colors, filling in the wings. Wipe brush off to remove excess color and paint clear glitter over entire wing and body. While still tacky, sprinkle with clear embossing powder and tap off excess. Heat with gun. Use blending tool and pad to apply Tumbled Glass ink in a circular motion around the center of the watercolor paper. Embellish dragonflies with tiny Teal Jewel Dazzles™. Use Corner Chomper to round top corners.
Place the card fold on the side and cover with Robin’s Red aqua tapestry paper and round the top corners. Glue the watercolor paper near the card top. Ink the long edges of 5”x2” ivory Robin’s Red paper and glue 1/8” from the card bottom. Glue 5”x1½” aqua stripe paper across the center of the ivory paper.
Glue a length of ½” wide white swirl Robin’s Red Ribbon across the border center. Use ribbon to make a bow and Zot to the center. Clip left edges of 1¼”x3/4” watercolor paper and stamp with “Fluttering by to…” Dragonfly Small Stamp greeting. Ink edges and Zot under the bow as shown.
