Front: Place the card with the fold at the top. Cut a piece of heavy white cardstock to fit the Rose Corner embossing folder. Open the embossing folder to the inside. Cover a brayer with Rose Coral ink and roll the ink onto the bottom half (a little more than half) of the design, on the side with the black design. Wash off the brayer, and repeat with Olive Pastel ink, this time covering the top half and slightly going into the pink. Emboss your cardstock according to your machine manufacturer’s instructions. The ink should have covered the background of the piece, while the raised areas stayed white. Glue this to the center of the card.
Glue light green twill along all sides of the card, framing the piece. I recommend rubbing in a bit of Tacky Glue on the areas of the twill that are cut, to prevent fraying. Die cut a white label with the Labels & Swirls Cutting Dies following your machine manufacturer’s instructions. Trace the label onto another piece of white cardstock with a pencil. Use a cosmetic sponge to ink around the traced shape with Olive Pastel, essentially custom coloring your own cardstock for matting. Glue the label over the inked shape and cut out, leaving a 1/8" green border. Stamp "Friend to Friend" in Olive Pastel ink in the center and foam tape to card, 3/4" from the top and 1/2" from the right. Tie a bow with wide pink crepe ribbon and glue to the top right of the label.
Inside: Cover card with multi-stripe paper from the Kindred Spirits Paper Pack. Cut a 2 1/2"x4" piece of green paper and mat it onto brown dot paper with 1/8" borders. Glue to the center. Cut a label shape identical to the one on the front. With a cosmetic sponge, ink the edges with Rose Coral. Stamp "Heart to Heart" in the center. Glue to center. Tie a knot with wide pink crepe ribbon and glue to the lower right of the label.
