Best Wishes

Cut 5 1/2"x6 ½” of acetate and, using the Scoreboard, score in 1/2" along the 5" side.  Fold well with the bone folder. Place Extra Sticky Tape on the back side of the ½” flap along the score line. Cut 5"x6 1/2" of the Cheers To You balloons printed Adorable Scorable "Time To Celebrate" collection. Position the scored 1/2" area of the acetate behind the left side of the balloons piece. Press in place.

Card front: Fussy cut around the zig zag foiled balloon border piece. Use extra sticky tape to secure to the acetate 1" from the bottom and a circle balloon on top. Foam tape the birthday circle topper and “Best Wishes” topper. Starting at the top left corner place gold Jewel Dazzles™️ and gold Star Dazzles™️ cascading down to the bottom right corner avoiding the border area.

Card inside: Tape the outer arch frame flat to the card center and foam tape the inner image to the center of frame. Add foam tape to the ends of the "Time to Celebrate" Topper 1" from the card bottom. Place three Star Dazzles™️ in the center image. Cut a piece of the remaining Adorable Scorable from the foiled sheet to 5"x1 3/4" and Tape over the front border area to hide the adhesive.
