With the fold at the top of a 5”x6 1/2” blank card glue the octangular Topper flush to the fold and centered on the card front. Cut off the rest of the card front leaving the topper. 

Glue “All The Best” Topper sentiment onto the bottom right Topper leaving the right end clear of adhesive. Make and Zot™️ a 2” wide crepe bow from the Brown Ribbon set and place at the top left corner of the sentiment. 

Card inside: Place glue along all sides of the card, lay the leather effect paper from the Textile Fabrics & Fibers 8x8 paper pad on top, and trim off excess. Cut three ¼”x5” strips of the dotted paper from the paper pad. Glue one ¼” from the left side and then another 1/4” from the first. Glue the last 1/4” in from the right side. Place gold Jewel border Dazzles™ as shown. Glue the Topper border strip 1/4” from the bottom. Foam tape “Have Barrels of fun Your Special Day” 2” from the fold so it lies in the center of the main Topper when the card is closed.
