Red & Black Birthday Wishes Card

For the card front: Turn the card with the fold on the left. Cover the front with the red/black floral paper and ink the edges. Cut the zigzag laser border to 7/8" wide, then cut a 6½" long piece of it. Mat this piece on black textured paper, leaving 1/16" wide mats on both long sides. Glue the border to the card front, ½" from the right edge.

Cut out the "birthday wishes just for you…" quote and mat it on red textured paper, leaving a 1/16" wide mat, and ink the edges. Mat it again on black paper, leaving a 1/32" wide mat. Glue it to the lower front, overlapping the border as shown. Add crystal stickers to cover the bullet points beside the list and to the laser border as shown.

For the inside: Cut out the rest of the quote and ink the edges. Cut the remainder of the laser border to 3¼" long. Glue the quote and border to a 4"x3¼" piece of the red textured paper as shown, then ink the edges. Cut a 4 5/8"x3 7/8" piece of the black/red tiles paper, ink the edges and glue the sentiment in the center. Glue it to the inside, then add crystal stickers to the border and to the flowers on the sentiment.
