Happy Birthday Card
Place the card fold on the side and cover with pink dot border paper with the border along the card bottom. Place a length of Pink Jewel Border Dazzles™ along the top edge.
Punch out the bird & pink flower scalloped circles from A Very Special Friend die-cut sheet. Glue the outer flower scalloped circle to the card center. Foam tape the scalloped circle with birds to the center of the flower circle. Foam tape 2 butterfly circle and “Happy Birthday” oval die-cut to the edges of the flower circle. Use a length of 1/8” wide dark pink Penelope Ribbon and Zot™ to the top left side of the flower circle.
Inside: Cut 5 1/8”x 4 3/8” pink dot border cardstock and glue to the card center. Glue the gold scalloped circle to the center and the “You’re so tweet” tag as shown. Use ¼” wide green gingham Penelope Ribbon to make a bow and Zot™ to the tag.
