For the card front: Turn the card with the fold at the top. Cut a 6¼" x 4¾" piece of the green squares and daisies paper, positioning the daisies in the upper left corner. Cut a 1 3/8" x 4¾" piece of the multi-colored squares paper, 2 squares x 7 squares. Mat one long edge with a 1" x 4¾" piece of the faded pink stripes paper.
Mat the "something to celebrate" on yellow, then glue it to the constructed front, 1 1/8" from the upper edge and overlapping the border as shown. Cut a ¼" x 8" piece of yellow cardstock and cut it into two pieces, 1½" and 6 ½" long. Attach one end of the short strip to a circle clip by inserting the end through one side, folding it back and gluing it to secure. Attach one end of the long strip to the opposite side of the circle clip. Glue the strips to the constructed front as shown and wrap the ends to the back.
Glue the constructed front centered on the blank card front. Punch out the Belle image and add foam tape to the back. Adhere her to the card front, overlapping the left end of the greeting. Cut a 4" x 2¼" piece of the pearl swirl and adhere it to the card front, extending from under Belle, crossing the front, and overlapping the border as shown.
Cut a large pearl off the remaining swirl and adhere it to the clip. Cut more tiny pearls off the remaining swirl and adhere them to Belle's dress, her hair, and to the daisies. Cut a 3" x ¼" strip of yellow cardstock and carefully knot it. Trim the ends and glue it to the border, just below the clip.
For the inside: Cut a 6½" x 3" piece of the green squares, positioning the daisies across the top and left sides. Mat the long edges with yellow cardstock and glue it to the inside back, ½" below the fold. Cut out the alphabet tiles for "way 2 go" and glue them to the piece, positioned as shown.
Punch out "a dream is a…" and the teapot images and glue them to the inside back. Cut out the image of Belle and glue her below the sentiment. Cut off tiny pearls from the remaining swirl and adhere them to the daisies and the corners of the word punch-out.
