Card Front: Place the Red Holographic paper in the Dahlia embossing folder white side up and the black printed Dahlia on the outside front. Run through the embossing machine so that the flower petals are de-embossed. Lightly sand the surface of the flower and cut out 1/16" around the outside edges of the flower. Place the card fold on the side and cover the 4 3/4" with red dot paper and the remaining portion with chevron paper. Ink edges of 4 1/4" x 4 1/2" blue floral paper and mat with aqua cardstock, leaving 1/16" border and centered above the chevron border. Foam tape the dahlia to the blue floral paper as shown and glue a length of red velvet glimmer ribbon across the top of the chevron border. Knot a length of blue grosgrain ribbon and Zot™ to the right as shown. Place "Congratulations" Tiny Words & Phrases Dazzles™ on a 1/2"x2" white strip of cardstock and cut a "v" shape on the left end and ink edges. Glue even with the right side of the card, 1/2" from the bottom edge.
Inside: Ink edges of 1 5/8" wide strip of chevron paper and tie a length of sheer navy ribbon around the left end and knot. Glue to the card, 1/8" from the top. Place "celebrate!" on 1/2" wide white cardstock and cut a "v" shape on the left side as shown. Ink edges and mat with red holographic paper, leaving 1/8" borders. Glue even with the right side of the chevron border.
