For the card front: Turn the card with the fold on the left and cut Sunshine & Shadows gray/yellow paper to cover the front. Cut 2"x6 1/2" Sunshine & Shadows gray dotted paper and mat the right long edge on white cardstock with a 1/4" border. Trim with the scallop-edged scissors, then glue to the gray/yellow paper, aligning the left edges. Glue to the front, leaving the lower half unglued.
Cut 3 1/4"x4 1/4" Sunshine & Shadows white/yellow paper and mat on gray cardstock with a 1/4" border on the right edge and 1/16" borders on the remaining edges. Scallop the wide border, then glue centered on the card. Wrap ribbon across the front, 1" from the bottom, and glue the ends to the paper back. Glue the remainder of the front to the card to secure.
Cut the circle pattern from white cardstock and the mat pattern from yellow cardstock. Stamp the roses with VersaMark on the white circle. Cover with embossing powder, tap off the excess, and use the heat tool to melt the powder. Color the rose blossoms yellow, using CT4, then shade with GB5. Color the stems and leaves green, using DG2, then shade with DG4. Mat on the yellow circle, then glue to black cardstock and scallop close to the yellow mat. Glue to the card as shown.
Cut 2"x1" yellow cardstock and stamp the small rose blossom and “bloom” three times with black ink. Mat on gray cardstock with 1/32" borders, then foam tape to the front, tucking it under the ribbon as shown. Tie a ribbon bow and glue 2" from the left edge, then place a pearl flower in the center.
For the inside: Cover the inside with Sunshine & Shadows gray/yellow paper. Cut 4"x6" yellow cardstock and mat on black cardstock with 1/16" borders. Stamp the rose stem with black in the lower right corner, then glue centered on the inside. Cut the quarter circle from Sunshine & Shadows white/yellow paper, then mat the curving edge on gray cardstock with a 1/16" border. Stamp the small rose and “just rosy” with black, then glue in the upper left corner.
