Magnolia Blossoms Vertical Easel Card
For the card front: Open the card and bring the front edge in to the card’s center fold and crease. Unfold and close the card on the original fold. Cut two 2"x2" medium blue cardstock pieces and fold each in half. Unfold, then place Extra Sticky tape along the outer edges and on each side of the fold on both pieces.
Position the folded edge of one cardstock square centered along the card’s front fold and adhere. Repeat with the second square, positioning its fold next to the first square’s fold.
Cut two 2¼"x6¼" Magnolia Blossoms blue flowers cardstocks. Place two silver Thin Line Dazzles™ near the short edges on each cardstock, trimming the excess. Glue a cardstock centered on each front panel.
Cut 2¾"x4" Magnolia Blossoms medium blue solid cardstock and round the corners. Glue a doily extending down from the upper right corner and one extending up from the lower left corner, trimming off the excess. Ink the edges with Midnight. Punch out the Magnolia Blossoms “dear friend” Die-Cut, ink the edges, and glue to the center of the cardstock.
Die cut the magnolia & leaves from green foam and the two flower layers from white foam. Ink the edges of the leaves with Friar Brown and the flowers with Honey Pot. Heat the iron to medium heat, then use tweezers to place the green foam shape onto the hot surface. Leave it in place until it curls (about 5 seconds), then quickly remove it. Repeat with the blossoms.
Use Extra Sticky tape to adhere the layers of the foam blossom together. Die cut the flower center from tan cardstock, ink the edges with Friar Brown, and adhere it to the flower center. Attach the flower to the tag top. Die cut small flowers from light blue foam, ink the edges with Midnight, and shape on the iron. Stack and glue them to the label as shown. Die cut a small leaf branch from green foam, shape, and glue it as shown.
Remove the tape backing from the folded cardstock on the card front. Center the decorated Die-Cut on the card front and adhere it to the folded pieces. Glue white Doo Dadz to the small flower centers.
For the inside: Cut 1½"x6½" Magnolia Blossoms green small print cardstock and mat the long edges on light green solid cardstock with 1/8" borders. Glue it to the inside, ¼" from the right edge. Cut out the Magnolia Blossoms 3"x3" label and the blue flower border. Foam tape the border to the green strip near the right edge.
