Sending Happy Thoughts
Place 8 layers of single ply white bath tissue inside the Swirl Frame Embossing Folder and mist with water until damp. Emboss with machine and while still wet gently pull paper edges to give a feathery torn edge. Let paper dry for several hours. Remove from folder.
Turn the embossed image so that the raised image is facing down and the de-bossed image is facing up. Use the stylus and pad to apply spots of Stormy Sky ink around the frame edges, avoiding the center label. Apply Salty Ocean to fill in the spaces and blend with the first color. Drag the Black ink pad surface over the torn edges,
Place the card fold on the left. Ink edges of 4 3/4”x6 1/4” blue Gypsy Jewel paper and glue to the card center. Glue the embossed frame to the card center, 5/8” from right and trim it flush with the card fold. Save this cut away piece for the inside. Stamp the center label with “Sending Happy Thoughts” Heartfelt Greetings with black ink. Wrap the card with a length of 3/4” wide navy crepe ribbon and tie a bow. Zot the bow to the card to secure. Place a self-adhesive blue flower to the lower right label edge as shown.
Inside: Ink edges of 5”x 3 3/8” blue Gypsy Jewel paper and glue across the card and 1 1/2” from the top. Glue the cut away portion of the embossed frame to the navy border as shown. Ink the edges of 2 1/2”x 1 1/8” blue Gypsy Jewel paper and mat with black cardstock, leaving 1/8” border. Stamp with “You’re in my heart” Heartfelt Greetings on the left and a stamped heart on the right. Foam tape overlapping the cut away piece as shown.
