Spin Card

Trace the 3" circle on the top front and back of two cards, to make a 1" scallop edge.

Cut two 4" light blue circles, glue the backs together and write your message along the edge of one side. Ink the edges.

Place the circle centered on the inside front of the first card, so the message shows above the scallop edge. Insert a brad in the center of the circle and go through the card, then bend the prongs at the card back.

Glue the two cards together to form three panels. Cover the panels with paper and decorate the front with rectangles from the border paper, flowers, brads and ribbons, as shown.
