Card front: Place the card with the fold on the left.
Cut a 4¾”x6¼” water color paper. Use tape to mask off everything but the flowers on the stencil. Place the stencil on the watercolor paper, and ink the flowers with VersaMark™ ink. Lift the flowers and place them again. Continue placing the flowers and inking with the VersaMark™ until you have a nice background. Dust the entire card with white embossing powder. Tap off the excess. Heat with a heat tool. Start at the top, and scribble Caramel Gelato for about 1” or so. Next scribble with Strawberry Gelato, overlapping the Caramel. Next use Elderberry Gelato, then Butter Cream, and last is Kiwi. You do not need to cover the whole area. It will spread with the water. Spritz the whole card with water. Start at the top, and brush across to spread the Gelato ink, and make smooth, blending where the colors meet. Let dry. Go over the flowers with a slightly damp paper towel to make them show more. Place a Dazzles™ in the center of each flower
Tape off everything but “Birthday” on the stencil. Ink and emboss “Birthday” on a watercolor paper. Repeat with “Happy”. Scribble over both words with Watermelon Gelato. Spritz with water, and spread the Gelato with a brush. Let dry, and rub over the letters with a damp paper towel. Cut close to the letters. Foam tape to the card front at an angle. Zot a white ribbon knot under “Birthday”.
