Land of Enchantment Accordion-Fold Birthday Card
Instructions:
1. For the card: Cut 12"x6" black cardstock and place it horizontally. Score it vertically 4", 6", and 8" from the left end. Accordion fold the scores, beginning and ending with a mountain fold. Cut 4¼"x6¼" Gold cardstock and glue the folded card centered on it.
2. For the card front: Cut 3¾"x5¾" gold Starry Night paper and glue it centered on the front. Remove the fairy topper shown from the frame, along with the corners. Foam tape the topper on the center front and the corners as shown. Glue the yellow “to a special granddaughter” label across the bottom of the topper.
3. For the left inside panel: Cut 3¾"x5¾" teal Hidden Galaxies paper and glue it centered on the panel. Place gold “may all your wishes come true” Dazzles™ in the center and two gold pearl fairy Dazzles™ as shown. Place gold thin line Dazzles™ near the upper and lower edges, trimming the excess.
4. For the two middle inside panels: Cut two 1¾"x5¾" Hidden Galaxies purple papers and glue one centered on each middle panel. Remove the frame from the fairy topper shown, then foam tape the left half of the topper centered on the left middle panel. Continue with the same gold thin line Dazzles™ near the upper and lower edges, trimming the excess. Place two gold pearl fairies on the panels as shown.
5. For the right inside panel: Cut 3¾"x5¾" teal Hidden Galaxies paper and glue it centered on the panel. Remove the frame from the fairy topper shown, then foam tape the topper to the panel center. Continue with the same gold thin line Dazzles™ near the upper and lower edges, trimming the excess. Glue the gray “happy birthday to you” tag below the topper, then place two gold pearl fairies as shown.
