Bday tag

Tag: Cut the yellow/pink border Hunkydory cardstock to 3”x6 ½” and place the pink border at the bottom. Cut the top corners from the rectangle to make a tag. Place a length of Purple Jewel Dazzles™ across the tag, ¼” from the tag bottom. Mat the tag with pink cardstock, leaving 1/8” border and punch a hole at the center top.

Assemble the mushroom fairy from the Fairy Daze die-cut sheet with foam tape and glue to the tag as shown. Glue and foam tape circle “Happy Birthday” die-cut and hearts from Shared with Friends die-cut sheet.

Back: Place lengths of Purple Jewel Dazzles™ evenly spaced across the bottom of the tag. Glue circle and heart die-cuts from the Shared with Friends die-cut sheet on the back of the tag.

Thread the tag hole with 9” length of pink twine cording and knot the ends. Unroll another length of twine and make a bow. Zot to the top of the tag.
