Happy Birthday Card

Using the instructions on the 3-D Frame Cards package construct the card frame. Trace the outer frame template onto the dark pink cardstock from the Tulips & Butterflies Solid Cardstock. Use the ruler and pen knife to cut out the center. Tape to the frame. Trace the white square onto the green star cardstock from the “Party Time” Pop-Up Steppers Card sheet. Tape the two together then set into recessed area with tape. Glue the banner die-cuts on the card. Remove the tan tab on section B and cut the red area straight across. Attach below the window and foam tape the other pieces on the matching art. Place gold jewel  Dazzles™️ as shown. 

Card inside: Trace a white square onto dark pink cardstock and tape to the back of the frame. Place “Happy Birthday,” candles and “Wish” Inside/Outside Dazzles™️ to the square. Add small jewel Dazzles™️ as shown

Tape a 4 1/2” square green cardstock to the back of the card leaving 1/8” white borders. Cut a 3 3/4”x4” yellow banner piece from the original sheet and tape to the green cardstock leaving 1/4” green borders. Cut off the yellow tabs from the puppy A section. Fold and tape the bottom tab to the bottom of the banner piece. Now it will pop out when opened. Place Dazzles™️ as shown.
