Time to Celebrate Card
Run the black Mirri and the gold stars Holographic through the Die-Cutting Machine using the Circular Step Card dies. Fold the Black Mirri along lines as specified on package. Cut the gold stars holographic removing the card front. Tape this portion inside the card.
From the Pop-up Stepper Card Moments and Memories collection select the “Time to Celebrate” sheet. Cut the front and back areas off the card base. Run them through the die cutting machine placed just in the main center areas and flush to the fold. Tape each to the black mirri card flush to the fold onto the front and back sections.
Cut the ballon arch removing the gold area A. Foam tape the balloon arch in the middle front. Cut off the grouping of bottle, hat and glasses from B. Foam tape in the card center. Foam tape stars on the steps. Place gold jewel Dazzles™️ as shown.
Card Inside: Foam tape bottle, hat and balloon in the center. Place “Happy Birthday” Tiny Words & Phrases Dazzles™️ to the right as shown. Place gold Jewels Dazzles™️ as shown. Pen a balloon string
Back: The back section of the card from the original sheet previously die-cut and already taped in place. Foam tape remaining celebratory die-cuts as shown. Pen a balloon string.
