Base: Lay a blank card flat. Score 1” and 2” from each short end. Beginning from the cut end, make a mountain fold then a valley (V) fold. Repeat on the other end. Glue 6 1/8”x7/8” blue foiled paper to cover short each section. Glue 6 1/8”x2 ¾” blue foiled paper to each taller section (front and back). For stability: Cut a 3”x1” strip of the same paper and accordian fold into an M. Glue the short ends in the center of the underside of the card.

Use a bone folder to slightly curve the border topper from cat piece. Zot™ at each end and attach to the card front. Foam tape die-cut flowers to each end of the border. On the back, glue a cat and flower from the Deco-large cat set and a butterfly on the large step.

Cut 5”x6 1/4” pink foiled Adorable Scorable. Glue the cat Deco-Large base in the center and foam tape the pieces on top of the matching art. Glue the corners onto the pink foiled Adorable Scorable. Foam tape the sentiment as shown. Place the Bubble Wishes and Zot™ a bow to top of the Deco-Large piece. Glue this whole piece to the front centered on the large step.
