For the Front: Place the card with the fold on the left. Cover the card with striped paper. Cut two 6 1/2" x 1/8" strips of red dot and glue along the left and right side. Glue two 5" x 1/8" strips of red dot along the top and bottom edges.
Punch out the large lacy oval die cut and separate the inner oval. Glue the white outer oval to red dot paper and trim around, leaving a 1/16" border. Foam tape the inner oval in the center of the lacy oval. Glue the heart swirl die cut to the top of the oval.
Back the flower bear with yellow, red, and blue papers using the following paper piecing technique. Place the flower bear sticky side up on the back of red dot paper. Carefully trace inside all the areas you want red. Cut out just outside the drawn shapes, then apply these pieces to their matching sections on the Dazzle. Repeat for the other colors as shown. Glue the finished bear to the bottom center of the green oval. Place "Thank You" at the top. Punch out the two yellow swirl die cuts and place them with the swirls wrapped around the lacy oval as shown. Glue to the oval, then glue the whole piece to the center of the card.
Black all the Dazzle flowers with yellow and glue them scattered on the front of the card. You can slice some in two and use the halves along the edges of the card. Tie a small bow with the red circles grosgrain ribbon and Zot to the bottom center of the oval.
For the inside: Glue 5" x 2 1/2" of dot paper across the bottom. Glue 5" x 1/4" of red dot just above the multi-dot piece. Back a small bear with yellow and blue and glue to the card sitting on the red strip, 1/2" from the right side. Cut out a blank yellow word bubble and place "Beary Much!" on it. Glue above and to the left of the bear. Glue a red heart die cut above and to the right of the word bubble.
