With the fold at the left, cover the card front with brown/blue swirl paper. Cut a 4 1/4"x5 7/8" blue textured rectangle and ink the edges. Glue a 5" length of brown dotted border across it, 1 5/8" from the bottom. Glue rectangle centered to the card front.
Use the transfer sheet to transfer the innies from the large silver star Dazzle™ to brown glimmer, then cut around the image leaving a 1/16" border. Glue to the upper portion of the blue rectangle on the card front. Use the transfer sheet to transfer the 1 1/4" star innies to remaining blue paper, then cut around the image. Mat on brown glimmer, leaving a 1 1/6" border. Foam tape to center of the large star on the card front. Cut around the excess silver surrounding the tiny star innies on the sticker sheet, leaving a thin border around it. Use the transfer sheet to transfer the innies and border to brown glimmer, then cut around the silver border. Foam tape centered over the blue star.
Cut around the excess silver surrounding the silver corner innies. Transfer each to a corner of the blue rectangle.
For the inside: Ink the edges of a 2 1/4"x2 3/4" blue rectangle and glue centered to the inside. Glue a 2 1/4" length of brown dotted border along the bottom of the blue rectangle. Write or computer print "for a happy birthday!" on ivory, trim and ink the edges. Glue to the blue rectangle. Cut around the excess silver surrounding the innies of the 2" star. Leaving a thin border. Use the transfer sheet to transfer the innies and border to brown glimmer, then cut around the edges of the border. Glue the star to the inside, overlapping the blue rectangle as shown.
