Celebrate Card

Place the card fold at the top. Cut a 4¾” 6¼” rectangle of black swirl paper and glue to the card center. Cut a 2½”x6½” strip of black cardstock and glue across the center of the card.

Adhere a length of Dazzle™ border to the top and bottom of the strip. Center the “Celebrate” at the center of the strip with a star Dazzle™ on each end.

Inside the card: Cut 2½" strip of black cardstock and glue to the left side of the card. Place the "Bride & Groom" Dazzles™ on the strip along with small pieces of the border and the rings.
