Instructions:
1. For the pocket: Close the card and place it with the fold at the bottom. Use the ruler and draw a line from the top left corner down to the lower right corner. Cut off the upper triangular portion, but don’t discard it. Trace the front paper pattern and cut it from Window View brown boards cardstock with the pot of flowers at the lower left. Glue it centered on the remaining triangular front.
2. Turn the paper pattern over, then trace and cut it from the Window View colorful boards cardstock. Glue it centered on the triangular white cardstock cut from step 1. Place copper thin line Dazzles™ near the upper angled edges on both triangular sections, trimming the excess.
3. Cut 6¼"x4¾" Window View brown boards cardstock with vines along the top. Open the front and glue the cardstock to the inside. Place a copper thin line Dazzles™ near the upper edge, trimming the excess. Place sticky tape along the side edges.
4. Position the separate triangle on the inside, aligning the right edges, and secure it to the tape. Close the triangular card front, securing the left edge to the tape on the inside. Cut out the “happy birthday” label and foam tape it to the front as shown.
5. For the tag: Trace and cut the tag base pattern from white cardstock and the tag paper pattern from Window View blue boards cardstock with the heart in the lower right corner. Glue the boards cardstock to the tag base, then punch a hole in the top.
6. Glue the Window View “another year of…” tag die-cut to the large tag front as shown. Place two copper thin line Dazzles™ on the large tag near the lower edge and one across the top, trimming the excess. Knot a 4" ivory crepe ribbon and glue the knot to the small tag’s hole. Insert a 5" crepe ribbon through the hole in the large tag, then wrap the ends with jute and tie a bow. Insert the tag into the pocket.
