Sweet Pea Slim Line Card
For the card front: Cut 3½"x8½" Sweet Pea pink border cardstock with the stripes along the right edge and glue it to the card front. Cut 3½"x2 5/8" Sweet Pea pink plaid cardstock and mat the longer edges on pink cardstock with 1/8" borders. Cut 3½"x 5/8" black dotted cardstock and glue it across the plaid piece, 5/8" from the top.
Place three border Dazzles™ across the plaid cardstock as shown, trimming the excess. Wrap 5" of pink crepe ribbon across it, overlapping the lower edge of the dotted cardstock, and glue the ends to the back. Glue the plaid piece to the front, 3/8" from the bottom.
Use the markers to color the chipboard flowers, butterflies, and sentiment as shown, leaving the lattice white. Ink the fronts of the chipboard shapes completely, then cover them with embossing powder. Tap off the excess powder and heat the remainder to melt it. (Use the tweezers to hold the pieces while heating.)
Glue the lattice to the card front near the right edge, tucking the bottom edges just under the ribbon. Place the “adore you” bubble at the lower right. Glue the remaining chipboard pieces to the front as shown. Make a 4-loop bow with the same ribbon, tying the center with thread. Glue it to the first ribbon and place wishing bubbles on the front as shown.
For the inside: Cut 3½"x2¾" Sweet Pea green patterned cardstock and glue it across the center. Cut two 3½"x¼" strips of pink/white striped cardstock and glue just above and below the green piece. Place border Dazzles™ above and below the striped strips, trimming the excess. Cut out the Sweet Pea oval label and glue it as shown.
