Get Well Soon Card
Card front: Cut 4¼”x11” dark brown cardstock and fold in half for your card base. Glue 4¼”x5¼” Emma’s Garden pink floral paper centered.
Use the long scallop cutting die to cut the top and bottom edges of a 4¼”x1½” Emma’s Garden focal paper (using the lace part of the paper). Mat on a 4¼”x1½” Emma’s Garden green floral paper. Foam tape 2” from the top. Stamp the roses image on Emma’s Garden pink floral paper. Color the one whole rose with CR6 & CR4. Cut out close to the stamped edge. Stamp the leaf on Emma’s Garden green patterned paper. Color with CG4 & LG3. Use the cutting die to cut out the leaf. Foam tape the rose and leaf to the bottom right corner. Place the Dazzles™ as shown.
Card inside: Cut a 4”x10¾” Emma’s Garden pink dot paper. Use the long scallop cutting die to cut the top and bottom edges of a 4”x3” Emma’s Garden focal paper (using the lace part of the paper). Glue 3” from the bottom of the pink dot paper. Bend the pink dot paper in half and pinch only the edges to mark the center. Place the score line of the pop up cutting die along the pinched center. Die cut with the machine. Fold gently on all of the score lines so the base and pop-up tabs are popping out. Stamp the round bowl on Emma’s Garden tan dot paper. Color with CG4, LG3, IB2, GG1 & BG3. Cut out with the round bowl cutting die. Glue the round bowl even with the bottom fold of lowest base pop-out. Stamp three roses. Color with CR6 & CR4. Cut out with the matching cutting die. Glue to the upper pop-out tabs, arranging so they will fold when the card closes, and so that they do not stick out from the top and sides of the card. Make sure the lowest rose die-cut hangs over the bowl just a bit. Stamp three leaves. Color with CG4 & LG3. Cut out with the cutting die. Glue arranged behind the roses. Stamp one butterfly. Color with GB4 & TN4. Cut out with the cutting die, and glue to the bowl.
Use the second smallest oval cutting die to cut two Emma’s Garden focal page ovals, using the lace part of the page. Use the third smallest oval cutting die to cut two Emma’s Garden green pattern paper ovals. Mat the lace ovals on the green ones. Place the Dazzles™ on each, and glue to the card.
