Sending A Hug to You Card 6”x5”

    1. Select the purple Whispering Florals 12x12 Solid Cardstock and use low tack tape to place the Center Step Plus die on it. Run through the Gemini or other die cutting machine. Note: the elongated plate makes this easier. Fold as directed on the package keeping the darker color inside the card.

    2. Cut the large cutout with the light center from Whispering Florals 12x12 Patterned Cardstock. Cut off the top as shown and glue to the card center. Trim off the excess at the bottom. 

    3. Use the Bloom & Grown leaf spray, butterfly and several flower dies with the Solid cardstock colors shown and run them through the Gemini. Repeat as needed. Place each on the craft mat and use a blender brush to color the edges with a similar ink pad color.

    4. Use the script you with the purple Solid and run through the Gemini. Glue to the center of the card. Remove white “Sending a Hug to” and glue it tucked above the you. Foam tape the flowers at the bottom of the large cutout. Glue the leaf sprays to each step of the card. Glue a butterfly at the bottom left and top right.

    5. Inside: Remove the large cutout shown from the Whispering Florals Patterned. Trim to fit and glue in place. Use the YOU die with purple Solid and run through the Gemini. Glue in the center with a black “make me Smile” cutout tucked under the YOU. Make and ink another butterfly and glue at the lower left.
