I absolutely love these webisodes. However, I cannot understand what happened to the instructions. Many times I want to duplicate the card but have to find the webisode to watch again because I have trouble remembering each step.
Note From Store Owner: We do provide instructions (and often patterns) for the webisodes that Teresa does—the first Saturday of the month for Fabulous Folded dies and the last Sunday of the month for our new paper collection. Heidi, who has been ill, also writes directions for both of her Sunday webisodes each month. I’m afraid for the rest of the team our choice was to reduce the number of webisodes or remove printed directions because of the time it takes. We didn’t want to remove any of the webisodes so we chose to let the instructions go. LeNae and Sara do provide directions within their webisodes, as you know. I hope you agree with our decision.
