Happy Birthday!
Use a 5"x6 1/2" card blank with the fold on the top. Trim 1/4" off the right side. Select a blue 6x6 Windflower patterned cardstock sheet and trim 1 1/4" off the bottom leaving a 1/16" white border, do not adhere to card base at this point. Select a purple floral sheet and trim to
5 3/4"x4 1/2". Glue to the blue sheet leaving a 1/8" blue border.
Tear the long edges of 6 1/2"x2 ½” dotted vellum. Score and fold ½ from either end, glue to the back of constructed piece. Glue to the card front leaving a 1/16" white border. Cut the bow border in half and glue to the vellum on each side 1 1/2" from the card bottom. Foam tape the boots focal Topper in the center over the border pieces. Foam tape the "Happy Birthday" Topper 1/2" from bottom right, place an extra piece of foam tape on the right end. Make and Zot™️ a 2" wide bow in the top left corner. Place pearls on flowers as shown.
Card inside: Cut 6"x4 ¾” green printed Windflower cardstock. Cut 6 1/2"x3 ¾” of dotted vellum and score 1/2" at each. Glue to back of the Windflower. Glue to the card inside leaving a 1/16" white border. Cut the flowered border in half and glue to the sides and 1 1/2" from the top. Glue "A Little Something to Brighten Your Day" Topper over the border pieces as shown. Make and Zot™️ a 2" wide bow below the Topper. Place a pearl into each Topper border.
