Snowy Post Card

Card front: Place a blank card with the fold on top. Cover with Iris Suede paper. Cut 6”x4½” white cardstock. Use a sponge to ink the edges with Fawn ink, covering about 1” around all edges. Glue centered.

Stamp the postcard image twice on white cardstock in Memento® black ink. On both images, sponge Chambray ink from the outside in, making the ink lighter as you get near the houses.

On one of the postcards, sprinkle Spoonful of Snow around the snow areas of the image (you can use a glue pen if you want the snow on specific areas). Heat from the back until melted. Start with small amounts – you can always add more. Once you get a nice effect, use the same method to sprinkle Spoonful of Silver on the tree areas and heat from the back until melted. Cut out the oval around the houses, and mat on Iris Suede paper with 1/8” borders.

Ink just the outside edge of the full postcard with Fawn ink. Mat on Iris Suede paper with 1/16” borders. Glue to the card front. Die cut two medium snowflakes from Iris Suede paper. Cut one in half on a small point. Glue one half on each end of the oval as shown. Glue the oval over the matching image on the full postcard. Glue the other snowflake to the lower right over the holly images.
