Hello

Glue the die cut cardstock centered on the black card. Cut a 4 3/4"x1 3/4" Colorist white/black tiny dots paper and mat the 2 long sides on black cardstock with 1/16” borders. Glue it centered across the white cardstock on the card. Layer the Paper Tole embellishment together with foam tape and glue it centered on the card. Add Dazzles™ as shown.
