Hello Friend Card
Use the Lacy Frame embossing folder to emboss ivory cardstock. Trim closely around the entire outside lacy edge and set aside (to be used in sections on the hearts). Fold and unfold all fold lines on the 3 card bases (small, medium, and large).
Large card base: Cover the inside with Emma’s Garden ivory/multi-colored floral paper. Fold the base in half along the score line and cover the top rectangular section with Emma’s Garden brown tile paper. Wrap pink crepe ribbon around the card and tie into a bow on the right at the top of the brown tile rectangular section.
Large heart: Cover the heart with Emma’s Garden teal paper. Use the large heart pattern on the package to cut out a large heart from Emma’s Garden brown floral. Glue one small corner of the lacy frame embossed piece centered at the top of the brown floral heart (extending about 1" onto the heart) and trim the excess. Glue a 4 1/4"x1" strip of Emma’s Garden ivory dot paper across the heart, 1" from the bottom, and trim the excess. Glue the heart to the teal cardstock heart. Place a large flower Dazzles™ on Emma’s Garden ivory dot paper, and cut close around the flower center. Then place the flower Dazzles™ onto Emma’s Garden pink dot papers, and cut close around the flower edges. Back the flower leaves in the same manner on Emma’s Garden teal paper. Glue to cream cardstock and trim around, leaving 1/16" borders. Foam tape to the left side of the ivory dot strip. Place "Hello Friend" Dazzles™ to the right of the flower as shown.
Medium card base: Cover the inside with teal paper. Fold the base in half along the score line and cover the top rectangle section with pink dot paper.
Medium heart: Cover the heart with Emma’s Garden brown patterned paper. Use the medium heart pattern on the package to cut out a medium heart from Emma’s Garden pink floral paper. Glue another corner of the lacy frame embossed piece onto the pink floral heart (ending about 1/2" from the bottom point of the heart) and trim excess. Back a large floral Dazzles™ with pink dot, teal, and ivory dot papers as before. Glue to the center of the lacy embossed heart and trim excess Dazzles™. Glue this heart centered on the brown patterned heart.
Small card base: Cover the inside with teal floral paper. Fold the base in half along the score line and cover the top rectangle section with teal paper.
Small stopper: Back a small flower Dazzles™ with pink and teal papers, and mat on ivory cardstock with a narrow border. Foam tape the backed flower centered on the small base, with the top of the flower about 1 1/4" from the bottom edge.
Small heart: Cover the heart with pink dot paper. Use the small heart pattern on the package to cut out a small heart from Emma’s Garden teal/ivory patterned paper. Glue a third embossed lacy corner onto the heart (ending about 3/4" from the bottom of the heart), and trim excess. Glue the heart centered on the pink dot heart. Place "Thinking of You" Dazzles™ centered, as shown.
Assemble: Follow the package instructions to assemble your fully decorated pieces with glue stick.
