Gold Birthday Box
Lay the take out box flat over your craft sheet or scrap paper. Tap the gold StazOn inkpad lightly onto the box, creating a sponge-like effect. Let dry for a few minutes, then turn it over and cover the other side. Stamp Asian characters in black StazOn all over the 4 sides of the box.
Stamp a large focal stamp onto black cardstock with Versamark. Sprinkle on gold embossing powder and emboss using a heat embossing tool. Cut around the edge, leaving a 1 /16” border. Glue a 3”x¾” strip of black cardstock across the middle of the front of the box. Glue the gold focal image to the center. Assemble the box.
Cut out a small tag from white cardstock and mat onto black cardstock, leaving a 1/16” border. Write a greeting on the tag and punch a 1/8” hole at the top. Take 6” of black Memory thread and string it through the hole. String the Memory Thread through the handle and twist the ends together.
Cut three 6” pieces of gold and three 6” pieces of black Memory Thread. Tie each piece around the handle of the box and curl the ends using a pencil or Q-tip. Take the black sheer dot ribbon from the Vintage Roses ribbons. Cut a 10” piece and tie it in a small bow. Use Zots™ to attach the bow to the box securely.
