Make a Wish
Cut 10"x6 1/2" of silver stars holographic, place horizontally and score at 5". Place with the fold at the top. Go over the fold several times with a bone folder.
Cut 6 1/2"x4 1/2" of green Adorable Scorable and foam tape 1/4" from the bottom. Cut
6 1/4"x4 1/4" of blue Adorable Scorable and foam tape on top leaving a 1/8" green border. Cut three 1/2"x6 1/4" strips of silver stars holographic and glue centered on the card.
Cut the motorcycle image into three 2" pieces and glue leaving 1/16" blue borders all around. Trim the center areas of each image from another page to 1 1/2" wide and foam tape over top of original image. Place Tiny Words and Phrases Dazzles™️ on first and last images as shown.
Card inside: Cover with blue Adorable Scorable. Cut a 6"x5" of silver stars holographic and green Adorable Scorable. Position the silver stars holographic at an angle with the top left corner 1" from left and 1/4" from top and secure with extra sticky tape. Trim off the excess. Mat the race car image on green Adorable Scorable leaving a 1/16" green border. With extra sticky tape place piece at an angle 1 1/4" from the top left as shown. Trim off the excess. Place the Tiny Words and Phrases Dazzles™️ around the card as shown.
