Everlasting Memories Acetate Get Well Card
For the card: Cut 5"x5" Everlasting Memories ivory cardstock. Place double-sided tape along the upper back edge. Cut 5½"x6" acetate and place it horizontally on the scoreboard. Score it ½" from one end, pressing firmly and going over the score several times. Crease the score firmly in a mountain fold. Align the acetate with the cardstock and wrap the tab to the back along the upper edge, pressing it onto the tape.
For the front: Die cut the Elegance die from Gold paper and use Sticky Specks to attach it to the acetate center. Place a narrow gold border sticker along each edge of the acetate, trimming the excess.
Remove the Everlasting Memories oval butterfly/flower topper and narrow gold frame together from the backing. Glue both to the gold die cut center. Place jewel Dazzles™ and small gold butterfly stickers on the front as shown.
