A Book Is a Dream Card

Place the card with the fold on your left. Cut out 4 ½”x6” arch with lady. Place on the craft mat and use a blender brush to apply velvet fawn ink to the edges. Glue to the card front. Place brown thin line Dazzles™ around the paper. Cut out “A book is a dream. . .” and color the edges with velvet fawn. Foam tape on the left as shown.

Inside: Use the Panoramic die to cut two pieces out of the maroon tapestry paper. Place extra sticky tape on the flap of one and attach to the back of another piece. Cut off the flap of the second piece. Glue the cutouts shown behind the windows—when you cut them out be sure to make them larger than the opening so they will adhere in place.

Glue the right side to the right card then glue the left end to the left side of the card. Fold as shown. Cutout the three smaller pieces, color the edges with velvet fawn and glue as shown. Place brown thin line Dazzles™ on each long edge of the maroon paper and 1-2 gold thin line strips just inside the brown pieces. Fold as shown and close the card.
