Birthday Wishes

Cut 10"x5" of grey Adorable Scorable. Score and fold across the center making a 5” square card. Die cut a 3 1/4" square in the center of the card front. Select the Puffin Topper from the Adventures at Sea set. Glue the outer frame around the evacuated area then foam tape the middle frame inside this. Foam tape the seahorse Topper and "Birthday Wishes" to the front as shown. Zot™️ a 2" wide gold bow as shown. Place the Thin Line Dazzles™ stickers to the top left corner as shown. Place Wishing Bubbles as shown.

Card inside: Cover the inside with green pattern insert paper and cover the bottom 1 ½”x5” with grey Adorable Scorable. Glue the border from Topper sheet at the top of the grey. Place Fancy Border Dazzles™️ along bottom and Wishing Bubbles at the top left corner. Triple foam tape the inner Topper image and attach so it shows inside the front square.
