Instructions:

Outline the inside edge of the label/bird, Feathered Friends For Colorists, with orange paint and then color the background yellow. Color the border blue. Color the perch with black and the bird with blue, green, yellow and orange. Cover the card with Hopscotch papers, as shown. Cut out the label/bird and glue to the card center. Paint the cut out flowers and label and foam tape to the card, as shown. Place “Hello” Black Tiny Words & Phrases Dazzles™ on the label.
